- Go to service.shipresolve.com
- Create a new account using your email, or log in if you already have one.
- Verify your email address to unlock all features.

Add Your Shipment
- From your dashboard, click Add Shipment.
- Enter your tracking number and carrier details.
- ShipResolve will automatically fetch the latest tracking updates.
Report an Issue
- If something goes wrong (delays, damage, lost package), select the shipment from your dashboard.
- Click Report Issue and provide details such as:
- Type of problem (delayed, damaged, lost, incorrect address, etc.)
- Supporting documents or images.
Track Resolution Progress
- View updates in your dashboard.
- Communicate with carriers and service providers directly through the platform.
- Receive real-time notifications when your case is updated.
