What do I do if the Hermes parcel is not delivered?

Hermes has numerous failsafe options in place should a parcel not be delivered, depending on the reason.

Some of these are listed below:

  • If a Hermes package could not be delivered because a recipient wasn’t at home in the first instance, the courier will try to deliver the package the next day, usually leaving a note or trying to contact the customer to notify them of a failed delivery.
